Characteristics of FPC Flexible PCB
Currently, there are four types of FPC flexible PCB: single-sided, double-sided, multilayer and Flex-Rigid PCB.
1.Single-sided FPC flexible PCB in the electrical performance requirements are not high when the lowest cost.
2.Double-sided FPC flexible PCB is etched on each side of the insulating base film a layer of conductive graphics, metalized holes will lend the graphics on both sides of the raw material to form a conductive path to meet the flexible design and functional role.
3.Multilayer FPC flexible PCB is formed by drilling Ls and plating the metallization holes to form a conductive path between the layers, which eliminates the need for complex welding processes, and multilayer circuits have higher reliability, better thermal conductivity and more convenient assembly performance.
4.Mixed structure of the FPC flexible PCB is a multilayer PCB circuit board, conductive layer consists of different metals, leads from the main board of three different directions, this hybrid structure is mostly used for electrical signal conversion and thermal conversion relationship and electrical performance requirements of higher low-temperature environment.

PCB layout requires a PCB schematic and PCB outline drawing.

A: We have the flexibility to handle both small and large volume production. We do not have any minimum order quantity, and the smallest order we accept is 1 piece.
In general, the higher the quantity produced, the lower the unit price and the longer the delivery time.

A: The production time for standard PCB samples is 1-7 days, 7-10 days for small batch production, and 12-25 days for large orders.

A: Usually we offer EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF and DDU terms, if there is no special request, the default terms quoted are FOB Shenzhen. Please mention the terms and conditions when you have any request.
